The Oh's - Little by Little (1986 - re-edited 2012)
The Oh's (Flamin' Oh's / Flamingo) were a most excellent act in the late 70's and throughout most of the 80's. They had a party attitude that was legendary with a stage presence to match. We spent a day at the Oakdale studio putting this show together and it was a rockin' good time. I suppose some of it could have been from the hair spray fumes, but only 10%. Sadly, 3 of the 5 members of this combo have since passed away which makes this video all the more memorable. The song "Little by Little" is from the 1985 album "Desire" and was recorded at the legendary Blackberry Way Studios. Produced by John Pete, Mike Owens & Kevin Glynn along with Ben Kaplan and the Oh's. The lineup for this session includes: Robert Wilkinson -- Lead vocals, lead & rhythm guitar Terry Braatz -- Backing vocals, lead & rhythm guitars Joseph Behrend (19?? -- 1989) -- Backing vocals, piano, organ, synths Gary Snow -- (1956 -- 2002) Backing vocals, bass guitar, percussion Bob Meide -- (1950 -- 2010) Backing vocals, drums, percussion This video is from the "eXXtra Presents" cable TV show, shot & aired in 1986. We re-edited it and modified it for wide-screen presentation and also freshened the old VHS audio with a new track lifted from to Desire cassette. eXXtra was produced, directed & edited by Larry Hutchinson.
